Vioxx is
a drug that was prescribed for arthritis, and for treatment of acute
pain. Unfortunately, it had the side effect of
leading to heart attacks, strokes and other health effects in some
Vioxx users.
Merck, the manufacturer of the drug, has entered into a settlement
agreement with Vioxx users. If you have a settlement agreement

- proof of Vioxx usage of at least 30 pills
